Mahindra has introduced a new set of variants to its XUV 3XO compact SUV, bundled under the ‘REVX’ series. The new options aim to provide buyers with more choices in the competitive segment under Rs 15 lakh, offering a range of features and powertrains while maintaining a starting price of Rs 8.94 lakh (ex-showroom).
The entry-level REVX M is powered by a 1.2L turbo-petrol TCMPFi engine producing 110 bhp and 200 Nm of torque. It comes equipped with black leatherette seats, a 10.25-inch infotainment screen, full-width LED DRLs, black wheel covers, and standard safety features, including six airbags and ESC.
Buyers can also opt for the REVX M(O) variant at Rs 9.44 lakh, which includes a sunroof as an additional feature.
Top-End REVX A Offers More Tech, Power
At the higher end of the spectrum sits the REVX A, starting at Rs 11.79 lakh for the manual and Rs 12.99 lakh for the automatic version. This variant utilises Mahindra’s more powerful 1.2L TGDi engine (129 bhp, 230 Nm), which is available with both manual and automatic transmissions.
The REVX A adds several premium features over the M and M(O), including a panoramic sunroof, twin 10.25-inch HD displays, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, connected car technology with Alexa support, cruise control, dual-zone climate control, and auto-levelling headlights. Visually, it gets black alloy wheels, LED lighting upgrades, and body-coloured grille elements.
Available in Five Colors
All three REVX variants—M, M(O), and A—can be ordered in five colour options: Galaxy Grey, Tango Red, Nebula Blue, Everest White, and Stealth Black. Dual-tone roof finishes are also standard across the series, contributing to a more youthful exterior aesthetic.
Competitive Positioning Below Rs 13 Lakh
The new REVX series reinforces the XUV 3XO’s position in the subcompact SUV segment, offering a comprehensive feature set and multiple drivetrain options below Rs 13 lakh. It also arrives shortly after Mahindra crossed the milestone of 1 lakh units sold for the XUV 3XO within a year of launch—making it the company’s fastest-selling SUV to date.
Conclusion
With the new REVX series, Mahindra aims to appeal to a broader segment of value-conscious, feature-seeking compact SUV buyers. By offering a blend of safety, design, and tech in a price band that remains competitive, the automaker continues to push forward in what remains one of India’s most dynamic auto segments.
