BMW has launched the 3 Series Long Wheelbase edition in India for Rs 62,60,000 (ex-showroom). BMW claims it to be the longest car in the segment with the most spacious second-seat row and the most powerful. This is BMW’s second Long Wheelbase launch of the year after the iX1 Long Wheelbase.
Powertrain
The BMW 3 Series Long Wheelbase is powered by a 2-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. It produces 254.4 bhp at 5,000 rpm and 400 Nm from 1550-4,400 rpm. The car sprints from 0 to 100 kmph in 6.2 seconds. It has three driving modes - Eco Pro, Comfort and Sport.

The 3 Series LWB follows BMW’s iconic design language, including the kidney grille and twin circular headlights.
