Hyundai Venue Gets Adventure Edition Priced at Rs 10.15 Lakh

Hyundai has launched the Adventure edition of the Venue in India at a starting price of Rs 10.15 Lakh. It is based on the Venue's S(O)+, SX, and SX(O) versions. This version brings a new colour along with interior changes to the standard model. Venue is the third model after the Creta and Alcazar to get the Adventure edition. 

Design of Venue Adventure Edition 

The Venue Adventure Edition gets a black finish on the Hyundai logo, front and rear skid plates, alloy wheels, roof rails, shark fin antennas and wing mirrors. The doors get a new cladding along with the red finish on the front brake callipers. The last addition is an Adventure Edition badge on the front fender. There are also 6 more colour options. Out of these, 3 are monotonous: Abyss Black, Atlas White, and Titan Grey. The other 3 are dual-tone: Ranger Khaki, Atlas White and Titan Grey. All of these get a black roof. The dual-tone variants get a price premium of Rs 15,000. 

Interior of Venue Adventure Edition

On the inside, the Adventure Edition gets an all-black theme instead of the dual-tone finish on the standard version. To match the exterior, there are also sage green colour bits on the inside. This colour is also present in some parts of the upholstery of the Adventure Edition. The sporty medals give it a different look that is complemented by 3D mats. On the feature front, the Adventure Edition adds dual dash cams for the front and rear. 

Powertrain of Venue Adventure Edition

The Venue Adventure Edition gets two powertrain options that both run on petrol. The first is a 4-cylinder, 1.2-litre mill that is capable of producing 82 bhp and 114 Nm of torque. This is paired with a manual gearbox. The second is a 3-cylinder, 1.0-litre turbocharged powerhouse that produces 118 bhp and 172 Nm of torque. This is mated with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. 

Variants of Venue Adventure Edition

There are 3 variants of the Venue Adventure Edition: S(O)+, SX and SX(O). The S(O)+ costs 10.15 lakh, while the SX will set you back Rs 11.21 lakh. The top-of-the-line SX(O) gets a price tag of Rs 13.38 lakh.
