Godawari Electric Motors, an emerging electric vehicle startup based out of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, marks its steps into the market with the launch of its new e-scooter Eblu Feo. The prices for the scooter start at Rs 1 lakh (ex-showroom ). Godawari Electric Motors is already in the electric market with its commercial 3-wheeler and e-bicycles.
Eblu Feo e-scooter gets a 2.52 kWh battery pack with a claimed range of 110km. The company claims the battery is well-tested and comes with an IP67 rating. The scooter comes with three driving modes- Economy, Normal and Power. Scooter has 110 Nm of peak torque. , suggesting its performance; however, the top speed is limited to just 60 km /hr. We have not ridden or tested the scooter yet, so we can not share our riding experience.
In terms of hardware, the Eblu Feo e-scooter comes with a telescopic front suspension and dual tube twin shocker at the rear. Regarding braking, the scooter gets a dual disc setup with Combi Braking Setup. The company will offer a home charger of capacity 60V that would be good enough for 0-100 charging time of 5.25 hrs. The battery is placed under the boot space, thus eliminating any closed storage option.
Eblu Feo e-scooter gets a 7.4-inches digital display that shows relevant information such as speed, battery capacity, distance and more. The scooter will get Bluetooth connectivity, navigation assistance, incoming message alert, call alert, modes, reverse indicator, battery SOC indicator, throttle fault sensor, motor fault sensor and helmet indicator. The scooter will be offered only in a single variant and will be sold in five colour options – Cyan Blue, Wine Red, Jet Black, Tele Grey, and Traffic White. The company is expanding its dealer network to widespread its reach. The company is offering three years and a 30,000 km warranty.
