BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro Diesel Launched At Rs 65 lakh

BMW has launched a new diesel M version of the 3 Series Gran Limousine in India at an ex-showroom price of Rs 65 Lakh. It is named the 320Ld M Sport Pro and brings changes to the car both on the inside and exterior. What is the premium of this M-badged sedan over the M Sport? Around Rs 3 Lakhs. Here is what you get for that price:

The new trim brings aesthetic changes to the exterior to enhance the sporty appeal. These include a black kidney grille, a smoked effect on the adaptive LED headlight, and a glossy black rear diffuser. It is available in four hues: Mineral White, Skyscraper Grey, Carbon Black, and Portimao Blue.

On the inside, you will find an exclusive M headliner Anthracite upholstery, which is the biggest distinguisher from the standard model. It also gets ambient lighting that is aided by a brightened strip at the back side of the front seats. The rest of the features are the same as those in the M sport version. These include a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 14.9-inch infotainment panel that supports Android Auto and Apple carplay, a panoramic sunroof, a 3-zone automatic climate control, Park Assistant Plus, electrically adjustable front seats, a 16-speaker Harman Kardon Surround sound system and wireless charging. 
Passengers' safety is ensured through features like six airbags, Attentiveness Assistance, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) including Cornering Brake Control (CBC), electric parking brake with auto hold, side-impact protection, electronic vehicle immobilizer and crash sensor, ISOFIX child seat mounting, and integrated emergency spare wheel under the load floor.

Powertrain of The BMW 320Ld M Sport Pro 

Powering the BMW 320Ld M Sport Pro is the same 2.0-litre diesel mill that churns out 188 bhp and 400 Nm of torque. The powerhouse is capable of accelerating the car to 100 km/h from a dead stop in a claimed 7.6 seconds. This engine is coupled with an 8-speed automatic transmission that sends the power to its rear wheels. It has 3 modes to suit different conditions: Eco Pro, Comfort, and Sport.
