Audi Q3 Sportback Lands In India Starting At INR 51.43 Lakh (Ex-Showroom)

Audi has launched the Q3 Sportback coupe SUV in India at INR 51.43 Lakh (Ex-Showroom). The bookings for the car have already been open for a token booking amount of INR 2 lakh. The launched Q3 Sportback comes to India only in the top spec technology guise. It is priced at a INR 1 lakh premium over the normal Q3.

Different from the regular Q3 SUV, the Q3 Sportback comes with the S-line styling pack as standard equipment and has its own distinct look. In contrast to the slatted grille of the Q3, the coupe SUV's huge hexagonal grille sports a honeycomb pattern. Furthermore, it now has silver air vents in the shape of pointed triangles. The Q3 Sportback has a steeply slanted roofline and 18-inch alloy wheels with 10 spokes.

Its dimensions are 4,518 mm long, 1,843 mm in width, and 1,558 mm in height. To compare, the Q3 SUV is 49 mm longer, 6 mm narrower, and 36 mm longer. Audi's Sportback is available in five distinct hues: Turbo Blue, Glacier White, Chronos Grey, Mythos Black, and Navarra Blue.

The Q3 Sportback shares the same interior design as the Q3 SUV. The same 10.1-inch touchscreen and Audi's Virtual Cockpit digital instrument cluster are included as well. The Q3 Sportback's interior is available in either Okapi Brown or Pearl Beige from Audi.

The Q3 Sportback is well-equipped, just like the Q3 SUV, with features including a 10-speaker sound system, wireless charger, 30-color ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, and dual-zone temperature control. Six airbags, ISOFIX child seat anchors, and a tyre pressure monitoring system are just a few of its advanced safety features. Sadly, the Sportback shares the Q3 SUV's absence of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) too.

Both the Q3 Sportback and Q3 SUV are powered by the same 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine that produces 190 hp and 320Nm of torque and is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The coupe SUV can go from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in 7.3 seconds because of the power going to all four wheels through Audi's Quattro AWD system.

For a limited time, Audi is providing a five-year extended warranty on the Q3 Sportback that also includes roadside assistance (RSA). An optional 10-year RSA and 7-year warranty extension is available to purchasers. As there are no other coupe SUVs from this segment, the Q3 Sportback has no direct competitors.
