Aston Martin’s Super SUV DBX707 Now Updated!

Aston Martin has revealed the new 2025 DBX707 with major interior upgrades. The Aston Martin DBX has been the English carmaker's cash cow since its launch in 2020. With the DBX707, they intend to offer a more premium version of the SUV.

Looks the Same

If you expected a visual overhaul with the DBX707, there is little for you here. The SUV looks identical to the last generation, except for some tweaks. The tweaks are the outward-coming door handles and the flush-glass side mirrors. There is also a variety of colours with hi-fi names like Epsilon Black, Helios Yellow, Sprint Green, Malachite Green, and Aura Green. It has three trims: Inspire Sport, Inspire Comfort, and bespoke Q creations.

Cabin Overhaul

Once you step into the SUV, it is a new world compared to the DBX. After running away from them for so long, Aston finally made peace with the car screens. There are two of these. One 12.3-inch digital cluster for the driver and a 10.25-inch touchscreen for the infotainment. However, they have yet to do away with the physical switches, as you will find many of them on this SUV. They control multiple settings like the HVAC, steering response, suspension, drive modes, etc. Entertainment is taken care of by a 14-speaker, 800-watt audio system as standard. If music is essential for you, you can also get a premium  23-speaker with a 1,600-watt Bowers & Wilkins audio setup.

Powertrain

Like the looks, the DBX707's powertrain is also the same as before. It is a Mercedes 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 697 bhp of power and 900 Nm of torque. Coupled with it is a 9-speed automatic gearbox that delivers that power to all the wheels through AWD. Aston claims you can get a 0-96 km/h acceleration in a mere 3.1 seconds and a max speed of 310 km/h.

It is expected to cost about 205,000 pounds (Rs 2.11 crore). It will compete with luxury SUVs like the Lamborghini Urus, Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Mercedes-AMG G63, Bentley Bentayga, and Porsche Cayenne.
