The Raymond Group is geared up to celebrate its remarkable 100-year journey with an extraordinary event, the Raymond 100 Autofest. Taking place from January 10-12, 2025, at JK Gram in Thane, the three-day spectacle promises to be a haven for automotive enthusiasts with a blend of sheer power, vintage charm and modern design.
The Super Car Club Garage (SCCG) will organise the event, and the festival will feature over 500 vehicles under one roof. Motorsports legends like Mika Hakkinen, Narain Karthikeyan and Gaurav Gill are among the high-profile attendees.
The centrepiece will be Ravi Shastri’s iconic Audi 100, restored by SCCG. The third-gen Audi 100 went on sale internationally around 1982 and was declared a ‘national asset’ by Ravi Shastri himself after Gautam Singhania, Chairman & Managing Director of Raymond Group, handed over the restored vehicles to him.
Founded in 1925, the Raymond Group began as a textile manufacturer and has since evolved into an iconic brand synonymous with quality and innovation. The Raymond 100 Autofest mirrors this journey, weaving a narrative of how Raymond and the city of Thane have grown together, rooted in tradition yet looking towards the future.
The Autofest promises to be a one-of-a-kind experience for visitors across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Vintage enthusiasts can celebrate their love for nostalgic classic cars and vintage bikes, while thrillseekers can witness this era's superbikes and supercars, including Harley-Davidson. Casual visitors and Families can enjoy music performances, a flea market, interactive kid zones and gourmet food courts.
