Priced at ₹41.99 lakh (ex-showroom), the Tayron Life misses out on the R-Line's sportier styling cues and several premium features, but retains the same core package and practicality. Engine and Gearbox
The Volkswagen Tayron Life retains the 2.0-litre turbocharged engine which produces 201bhp and 320Nm of torque. The engine is paired to a 7-speed DSG transmission which sends power to all four wheels.
What's Different on the outsideOn the outside, the Volkswagen Tayron Life ditches the sporty styling elements of the Tayron R-Line in favour of a more contemporary styling package. The SUV also gets smaller 18-inch alloy wheels and misses out on Volkswagen's IQ.Lights LED headlamps that are offered on the Tayron R-Line, helping differentiate the more affordable variant from its sportier sibling.
What’s Different on the inside
The Volkswagen Tayron Life features the same dashboard layout as the Tayron R-Line and retains key features such as the dual-screen setup, ambient lighting, twin wireless charging pads, and powered, ventilated, and massaging front seats. However, it swaps the 11-speaker Harman Kardon audio system for an 8-speaker setup. The biggest change, though, is the seating configuration, with the Tayron Life being offered exclusively as a five-seater.

The Volkswagen Tayron Life is priced at ₹41.99lakh (ex-showroom) which is ₹5 lakh cheaper than the Tayron R-Line. The Volkswagen Tayron Life competes with the likes of Skoda Kodiaq, Jeep Meridian, Toyota Fortuner and MG Majestor.
