MINI India has opened pre-launch bookings for the MINI Cooper Oxford Edition, a special edition of the Cooper 3-door that pays tribute to the brand’s British roots. The model will be available in India in limited quantities, with its design incorporating Union Jack details as a highlight.
Celebrating MINI’s British Roots
The Oxford Edition draws inspiration from Oxford in the UK, a city closely associated with MINI’s history. The classic Mini was first built there in 1959, and BMW Group has been producing the modern MINI at the same site since 2001.
With this special edition, MINI aims to bring its British identity further into focus through distinctive design details. One of the key highlights is the Union Jack featured on the contrast roof, which gives the car a more recognisable visual identity.
The edition builds on the Cooper’s familiar character while adding a playful British touch through its design.

The MINI Cooper Oxford Edition will be offered in India in limited quantities. Interested customers can contact their nearest authorised MINI dealership to book the special edition.

Customers can also visit the official MINI India website to explore the car’s exterior and interior, view its highlights and features, and access the image gallery. The website also allows customers to register their interest and request a callback from an authorised MINI dealer.
