Luxury carmaker Mercedes-Benz has launched an electric version of its popular G-Wagen, officially known as the G580 with EQ Technology, launched at Rs 3 crore (ex-showroom) in India. Bookings for the G 580 have been open since July 2024, and the SUV is sold out till Q3 2025. Mercedes has confirmed that it will showcase the G 580 at Delhi's Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025.
