VinFast, the Vietnamese automaker, made waves at the Auto Expo 2025 held at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Among its offerings, the VinFast VF 8 electric SUV stood out in the lineup, including the VF 3, VF 7, and VF 9. The VF 8 combines modern aesthetics with advanced technology, although an official launch in India is yet to be confirmed.

Although its launch in India remains uncertain, the VF 8 is estimated to cost between ₹55-60 lakh (ex-showroom) if introduced. It is expected to compete with premium electric SUVs like the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Kia EV6.
