Here is the list of upcoming bikes under ₹5 lakh in India

1. BMW F 450 GS

Arguably the most anticipated launch on this list is the BMW F 450 GS. It made its global debut at EICMA 2025 in Milan and ever since, the hype around it in India has only kept growing. Adding to the excitement is BMW’s decision to build the F 450 GS in India in partnership with TVS, with production already underway, a move that promises an aggressive price tag and strong localisation. This new mid-capacity GS is shaping up to be one of BMW’s most important and talked-about launches for India. The BMW F 450 GS is powered by a newly developed 420cc twin-cylinder engine. It produces 47.3bhp at 8750rpm and 43Nm of torque at 6750rpm. The six-speed gearbox can be had with an optional Quickshifter (Shift Assistant Pro) allowing clutchless upshifts. On top-spec versions, the Easy Ride Clutch lets riders manage many situations without pulling the clutch lever, making city commuting or technical off-road maneuvers less tiring. Other features include 6.5-inch TFT display, Riding modes, Traction control and BMW’s ABS Pro, which works even when the bike is leaning, ensuring safe stops on all surfaces. It is going to be offered in multiple variants, Basic, Exclusive, Sport, and Trophy allowing riders to choose from a simple commuter setup to a fully equipped off-road machine with cross-spoke wheels, rally windscreen, and the Easy Ride Clutch system. We expect the pricing to be anywhere between ₹4-5 lakh. It is higher than its rivals but for what it offers this can be a really good purchase for those who are looking for a premium adventure motorcycle with good engine and features.

2. Harley Davidson X440 T

Harley Davidson launched its entry level cruiser motorcycle X440 in collaboration with Hero motocorp with the aim to bring Harley’s rich cruising DNA to a more affordable, mid-capacity segment for Indian riders. Now Harley Davidson has revealed a new updated version of the X440 which they call X440 T. What's different with the X440T is it gets a reworked rear end, bar end mirrors and 4 new colour options. We expect that it will be powered by the same 440cc oil cooled engine which produces 27bhp and 38Nm of torque. It gets a 3.5-inch TFT display with bluetooth connectivity. We expect that Harley Davidson X440 T will be launched this month, we expect that it will be priced above the current X440. The pricing of X440 T can be anywhere around ₹2.6-2.9 lakh.
