For a long time, Hero MotoCorp was known for its small displacement motorcycles. Lately, they have been evolving; the company is gearing up for the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 to launch an exciting range of motorcycles and scooters. Hero MotoCorp is adding a 250cc engine to its lineup, strengthening its offerings. Here is everything Hero MotoCorp is going to launch and showcase at the Bharat Mobility Expo:
Karizma XMR 250
The new Karizma XMR 250 will not replace the Karizma XMR 210 but will be an addition to the Karizma line-up. The new 250cc engine will produce 29.5 bhp and 25Nm of torque. The new Karizma come with winglets and golden USD forks. On a 250cc motorcycle, winglets are as useful as a lighthouse in the desert. We will know the price for the Karizma XMR 250 once it is launched at the Bharat Mobility Expo.
Xtreme 250R
The spy image on the internet suggests that the Xtreme 250R will be a macular naked motorcycle. The bike is powered by the same 250cc engine used in the Karizma XMR and comes with 43mm golden upside-down forks. The Xtreme 250 is built on a trellis frame with a 6-step adjustable monoshock at the rear for better handling and comfort. It comes with 17-inch alloy wheels, chunky tyres, front and rear disc breaks with switchable ABS functionality. The Xtreme 250 will have an all-digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, a lap and drag timer. The bike also comes with LED lighting and LED DRLs.
Xpulse 210
The adventure motorcycle segment has seen a lot of success in India lately. Still, most offerings remain expensive - Hero MotoCorp’s Xpulse has been a segment favourite due to its sheer off-road capabilities and a pocket-friendly price tag. The new Xpulse 210 will now be powered by a 210cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled 4-valve motor producing 24.6 bhp and 20.7 Nm of torque linked to a six-speed gearbox. We are confident that we will get the price for this machine at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025.
Xoom 160
The Hero Xoom 160 might not launch at Bharat Mobility but will be showcased at the event. The Xoom 160 will be powered by a liquid-cooled 156cc, single-cylinder engine producing 13.8 bhp and 13 Nm of torque. This new segment for Hero MotoCorp - maxi scooters will directly compete with Yamaha Aerox 155 and Aprilia SXR 160.
Vida Z
The Vida Z is a minimalistic, family-focused scooter with a wide seat, spacious floorboard and a pillion backrest. It has a prominent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and a removable battery pack. The scooter supports battery packs with capacities from 2.2kWh to 4.4kWh.
The scooter has a touchscreen TFT console, smartphone connectivity and navigation system. We will learn more about Vida Z at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025.
