BMW launched the R 1300 GS Adventure and the updated S 1000 RR for 22.95 lakh and 21.10 lakh, respectively. The R 1300 GS is a top-of-the-line adventure motorcycle, whereas the S 1000 RR is a supersport. Both of these bikes have been launched at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025.
BMW R 1300 GS Adventure
The R 1300 GS Adventure has a boxy design that looks widely different from the BMW R 1300 GS. A 1300cc liquid-cooled boxer powers the motorcycle, which produces 143 bhp and 149 Nm of torque.
The bike uses a telelever suspension at the front and a paralever suspension at the rear. While the telelever is more complex and costly than standard front suspension, it helps reduce fork dive during hard braking.
The bike is equipped with traction and cruise control, helping enhance overall safety.
BMW S 1000 RR (2025)
The S 1000 RR is a litre-class supersport motorcycle. The motorcycle is powered by a 999cc, inline-four engine, which produces 205 bhp and 112.4Nm of torque. The bike is feature-packed with riding aids, including traction control, wheely control, cruise control and launch control.
Conclusion
With the R 1300 GS Adventure launch and the updated S 1000 RR at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, BMW has showcased its commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology and performance. The R 1300 GS Adventure caters to adventure enthusiasts with its rugged design, powerful boxer engine, and advanced suspension, while the S 1000 RR offers track-ready performance with its high-revving inline-four engine and comprehensive rider aids.
